Welcome to all parents, guardians and carers to After School Club where we aim to provide safe and stimulating play provision in a relaxed friendly environment.

We value our relationship with parents and are committed to working in partnership with you to provide high quality childcare for your child. We aim to be consistent and reliable to enable you to plan for your child’s after school care with confidence and peace of mind. Our ethos is to be a caring, sharing club where all children feel equally valued. We are a fully inclusive club open to all children who attend St Edward’s C of E Primary School. We operate after school, during term time from the end of your child’s school day until 5:45. Should your child have any additional or special needs please speak to the Club Manager and record your child’s needs on the registration form to ensure your child can be appropriately supported in the club.

We do have limited places and operate a booking system whereby we ask you to request a place for your child, this can be done as a regular place (same every week) or on specific dates to suit your needs. Regular places need to be re-requested at the beginning of every half term.  We are very proud to say that we have always accommodated all families needing a place since the introduction of a booking system and limited places due to Covid restrictions.

(Please note that if you book your child a place and they do not attend there will be a charge of £7.50 as that place will have been wasted for that day, unless of course your child is off school due to ill health.)

We will confirm your child’s place as soon as possible. Cancellation on the day will be subject to a £7.50 charge.

 Fees for After School Club

Child collected before 4:30pm: 1st child   £5.00     Siblings £4.25

Child collected after    4:30pm:  1st child   £7.50     Siblings £6.50

All children must be collected by 5:45pm 

We have a completely cashless payment system and we ask that you pay online via School money. Please ask for a link if you need one.

Parents / Carers are only charged for the time they use the club and we believe our charging policy to be as flexible and accommodating as it can possibly be. However we do have to be strict in enforcing our policy which is:                

“No account can be more than 2 weeks in arrears unless other arrangements, such as salary sacrifice, monthly, termly or quarterly payments etc… have been made and agreed with Mrs Burtenshaw (After School Club Manager) if your account is more than two weeks in arrears your child will not be allowed to attend After School Club.”
