Homework
As a result of the parent questionnaire that was sent out last year, we have reviewed how we set homework in school. Parents requested that there was a change in the amount of homework we gave to children. We have been looking at a number of options to tackle this situation and have decided that we provide maths and English homework books for years 3, 4 and 5. Year 6 will be given seperate homework for their SATs. This is in addition to the reading, spellings and times tables that are sent home. The books will be sent home on a Friday and marked in class the following Friday.
