Home Learning -13 July This weeks learning has been uploaded to each year group page. This is the final week of home learning, have FUN. There are links to the relevant BBC Bitesize pages. They are currentlly running themed weeks. This week is sports.

The STEM workshop are releasing challenges for children to have a go at over the holidays. Entries will be judged by industry specialists and the winner will be announced on 4th Sept. They will win a £25 Amazon voucher.

In partnership with Learn Live they are working to help raise awareness to students educating them about the dangers of the train tracks through interactive digital delivery.

Over 2 million students, parents and teachers from across the UK have significantly decreased the number of trespasses in their area through watching the safety clip.

Starting Secondary School

For those students starting Year 7 in September, there will be some 'Starting Secondary School’ themed lessons on Bitesize Daily TV

Lessons will be presented by CBBC's Karim Zeroual and Mr Burton who will discuss everything from making new friends to navigating your way around 'big school.' 

You can watch the Bitesize Daily TV programmes on the BBC iPlayer and on the Red Button on July 6th - 9th.

And check out the  new video on BBC Bitesize Support from Mr Burton offering children reassurance and tips for the move up to Secondary School
