Mental Health and Well Being

May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, so that by the power of the Holy Spirit you may abound in hope. (Romans 15:13)

At St. Edward’s, we are committed to supporting the health and wellbeing of our pupils and staff to ensure that the school is a community where everyone feels able to thrive. Positive mental wellbeing is essential if children and young people are to flourish and lead fulfilling lives.

Please see attached summer self care pack for young people developed by Anna Freud Centre. Also there are some workshops for parents which the Beyond Psychology Service are running.
